refunds & returns

At SCENTSational Delights, I take great pride in the handcrafted quality of our soaps and scents. Because our products are personal care items and are handmade in small batches, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns. For hygiene and safety reasons, I cannot accept soap or fragrance products back into my workshop once they have left my care.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your delight is my priority. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item, I want to make it right!

  • Reporting: Please contact me at danisha@scentsdelights.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  • Requirements: Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item or the incorrect product received.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will send out a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.  I encourage you to read the detailed scent descriptions on my scents pages before purchasing to ensure the fragrance profile is a good match for your preferences.

4. Cancellations

If you change your mind, please contact us immediately.

  • Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier (USPS/UPS), we can no longer cancel the order or offer a refund.

5. Refunds 

If a refund is approved (for damaged or missing items ONLY), it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

SCENTSational Delights is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a PO Box if you have concerns about package safety in your area.
