Thank you for choosing SCENTSational Delights! We hand-pour our products in small batches to ensure you receive the highest quality scents. Please review our shipping and local delivery options below.
1. Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 business days for me to process your order before it is shipped. During peak seasonal collections, processing may take slightly longer - I appreciate your patience!
2. Standard Shipping & Delivery (US Only)
I ship nationwide using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and start AFTER the order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. I currently offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days - $7

Priority Shipping: 1–3 Business Days - $15

Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
3. Complimentary Saturday Pickup (Limited Service)
For my local customers, I am pleased to offer a complimentary Saturday delivery/pickup service. This is a great way to receive your delights quickly and without shipping fees!
Cost: I am happy to offer this Saturday delivery service as a complimentary perk for my local community. To help me keep this service free and running smoothly for everyone, I kindly ask that you follow these specific pickup instructions:

The Schedule: This service is available on Saturdays only for clients in the Houston area.

The Process: Once you select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, I will send you a separate email ON THURSDAY with a specific meeting itinerary showing locations and times you can meet me (changes each week based on my delivery route that week).

What to Bring: Your receipt!

The Window: To keep my schedule on track, I will provide a 30-minute window at each designated location for you to receive your purchase. When the 30-minute window expires, I will move to my next pickup location. You can pick up your purchase at any of the locations and times listed on the itinerary.
Please note: If you are unable to meet at either of the provided locations, your order will be held for the following Saturday or it can be shipped to you via standard carrier for an additional shipping fee.
4. Texas Heat Summer Shipping ☀️
Being based in Houston, I know it gets hot and humid! During summer months, I take extra care in packaging my handmade soaps and other items to prevent softening or sweating. I recommend retrieving your package from your mailbox or porch as soon as possible after delivery to ensure your products stay in perfect condition.
5. Shipping Addresses & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SCENTSational Delights is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We do ship to P.O. Boxes.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
SCENTSational Delights is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and also reach out to me at danisha@scentsdelights.com so I can assist you with the process.
