Welcome to SCENTSational Delights. By accessing my website and purchasing my products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. The Nature of Handcrafted Goods
At SCENTSational Delights, my products are handmade and hand-poured in small batches right here in Houston, Texas.

• Variations: Because my soaps and scents are artisanal, please expect slight variations in color, pattern, shape, and weight between batches.

• Product Imagery: While I strive to photograph my products accurately, the item you receive may differ slightly from the photo on your screen due to monitor settings and the unique nature of handmade production.
   

2. Safety and Allergy Disclaimer
I use high-quality ingredients, including natural botanical essential oils.

• Usage: My products are for external use only.

• Allergies: It is the customer’s responsibility to read the ingredient list provided with each product. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, I recommend a "patch test" on a small area of skin before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

• CAUTION:  Be sure to read the cautions on my Scents > the botanicals page.  If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult with a physician before using products containing certain essential oils (such as Frankincense or Ylang Ylang).
   

3. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, I will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
   

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

• I ship from Houston, Texas.

• Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), the risk of loss and title for the items pass to the customer.  I am not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or delayed by the carrier.
   

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soap and body products, we do not accept returns. * Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact me at danisha@scentsdelights.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so I can make it right.
 

• Satisfaction: Your delight is my priority. If you are unhappy with a scent, please reach out to me so we can discuss a resolution.
   

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the brand name SCENTSational Delights, logos, product descriptions, and "Signature Scent" names (e.g., Crushed Limewood, Diamond Glacier), are the property of SCENTSational Delights and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
SCENTSational Delights shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if SCENTSational Delights has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
 
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
